Vendor questions
- Is the list exclusive?
- No. Our vendor list is a recommendation, not a requirement. Clients are free to use their own licensed and insured vendors. We don’t lock them in to protect a referral cut — the goal is the best event, not the biggest fee.
- Is there a fee or a cut?
- Nothing to apply. Nothing to stay listed. Nothing taken from your invoice. The client hires you. We are the land. If we recommend you, it's because we think you're right for the client.
- Do I need insurance to apply?
- Say whether you carry it. Before you work a date, yes: liability, and whatever license Texas already requires for your trade. — TABC certification for bar service, Part 107 for drone operators. We'll confirm specifics with you before your first event.
- How much work is this?
- It varies by season. Some years bring a handful of weddings, offsites, and retreats, and we'll always be upfront about what's on the calendar.
- Do you provide day-of coordination?
- When a booking includes coordination, We work alongside your planner, not in place of them. And if you don't have a planner, we'll make sure we stay on the best timeline.
